f I have a Bad Quality blank dvd can it have problems playing in dvd vcr. I burn dvds and the brand Im using is called ( Generic) dvd+r. . they burn fully with out no problems. but they skip in the dvd vcr player. differnt times it skips in differnt minutes.
It could be the quality of the blanks. It may help to burn them at a lower speed. Some DVD players just won't play DVD+Rs correctly and do better with DVD-Rs and some are the other way around. It could also be the software you are using. You pretty much

Edgar Hoover is unlikely to come away satisfied by Clint Eastwood's ambitious, ultimately deflating portrait that somehow manages to elide his worst abuses of power while making a burlesque of his personal vulnerabilities. "J. Edgar" is organized around secrets — those Hoover wielded to gain and keep power and those he kept about his own private life. But because Hoover so adroitly avoided leaving any paper trail, much of "J. Edgar" hinges on speculation and hearsay, especially regarding his relationship with associate FBI director Clyde Tolson. The tacit premise is that Hoover was a closeted homosexual, unable to come to grips with his identity because of the suffocating control of his cruel mother. Eastwood's most fascinating narrative gambit comes late in the film, when Tolson boldly tells Hoover that the stories he's telling for the record didn't happen the way we just saw them play out. But if "J. Edgar" suggests that he was his own most unreliable narrator, it still leaves viewers with a confounded sympathy, even gratitude, for its conflicted, controversial protagonist.
