HUMBLE, Texas, Feb. 24, 2012 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- Baskins, which operates apparel stores that specialize in western wear and work wear, today announced the appointment of Antoinette (Toni) Rumley as Vice President, General Merchandise Manager.

A resident of Katy, Texas, Toni has 30 years of experience in the retail industry. Before joining Baskins in early 2012, she served as Vice President- Divisional Merchandise Manager for Sheplers Western Wear in Frisco, Texas. In that role, she was responsible for men's, women's and children's apparel, accessories and home divisions for Sheplers' three company channels: stores, internet/digital and catalog.

Toni began her career as a sales associate with Bullock's Department stores in La Habra, CA. There, she took on roles of increasing responsibility, later joining Robinson's Department Stores in Los Angeles and then Harris' Department Stores in San Bernardino.
