it depends because there are different kinds of scene (girly or dark) emo's the same way.. and punk wear pretty much anything that is torn up or grungy
New Bellingham Labels building slated to open Feb. 29
The Northwest Avenue store, known as Labels Northwest, has 4,000 square feet of retail space, about 1,500 square feet more than her other stores. Along with women's clothing, the new store will have home décor items such as side tables, photos, art, kitchen items and throw pillows. She's accepting some home décor items on consignment, but to kick things off Bishop has collected a variety of items herself to give potential consigners an idea of what she's interested in selling.
Bishop believes there's a market for home décor items because people regularly receive nice items, particularly as wedding or house-warming gifts.
"Many people have things that are too good to give away but just doesn't work in their house," Bishop said.
Heading into the final days before the opening, Bishop said the Labels Northwest building, constructed by By the Bay Construction, has turned out just the way she wanted.
